Job Description:Key areas of responsibility: Conduct and coordinate unit induction session at the unit. Develop, implement and monitor training programs within the organization. Supervisor technical training of staff. Conduct and coordinate behavioral training session at the unit. Liaison with India Management Office (IMO) approved external vendors to actualize the behavioral training. Develop and Deliver agreed programs as identified by IMO for units. Main Job Tasks: Partner with HODs to help in building competencies of our team by identifying dynamic training needs. Administers training initiatives at unit and make sure training planned is actualized. Maintains training records to track participants, classes and hours of training tracks all management training in accordance with standard operating procedures. Drive Brand Service Standards across the units and ensure it is followed as per the set standard. Identify and develop budding Brand Champ along with HODs in the units as per concept note. Trains, guides & develops Brand Champs as per concept note to support delivery of technical skills training programs meets with training champs on a regular basis to support training efforts. Drive the Brand Champ meeting as per guidelines. Help in Identifying colleges and educational institutes as a resource pool for internships for our units. Help in driving the building blocks for various verticals as per LMS (Certification courses). Observe specific behavior of employees and provide feedback to individual/managers. Designs, develops and deliver supervisory development program to build effective supervisory skills. Assist Sr. Manager Training and Development in standardizing training formats across company. Review customer feedback comments, satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement. Drive LMS at the unit in the guidance of Sr. Manager Training and Development as per organization plans. Drive the Brand Standard Service audit at the unit as per guidelines. Customer Satisfaction Drive customer service and create a positive atmosphere for customer relations. Helps in driving the concept of Service Excellence, Complaint Management and Anticipation for the team. Drive employee satisfaction survey with the Human Resources in the units. Financial Management Assist unit HR Manager in drawing the training budget in conjunction with Sr. Manager Training and Development. Develop a system of monitoring monthly training budgets. Facilitates external training resources e.g., guest speakers at unit request. Other Performs any other duties assigned by the Senior Manager Training and Development to meet business needs from time to time.
