Job Description:1.Is responsible for for managing and also acquiring NRI customers and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/cs and retaining the relationship. Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets 2.NR RM is also responsible for acquiring new to Bank NRI relationships. 3.NR Customer will have a one point contact for all his financial needs and services, thus enhancing current relationship value and wallet share which will further increase profitability from these relationships. 4. Develop new and expands existing NR Customer relationships for book growth. Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets 5. Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in Financial Service Industry - Preferably with a Bank Managing HNI / NRI Clients. Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets Good Relationship Management & amp amp service focus Skills Good Communication & amp amp Presentation Skills Interpersonal & amp amp Influential Skills. Should have good knowledge of liability products. Should have a good knowledge of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance.
