Job Description:Job Description The Lead Operations Landscape Manager for the E-Banking landscape is the ITSO interface to the Business and Business IT Interface organization, and is end-to-end accountable for the application landscape and consumer IT performance (operations, security and compliance, financials, business confidence and innovation). The E-Banking portfolio is a key business IT application portfolios for Finance IT and in the Shell Group. In the delivery of its core processes, E-Banking IT systems support the payments process of the global Shell group to a value of around 3 Billion USD per day on average. 7 Direct reports, with a total team size of around 25 FTE. Direct budget responsibility around 4mln USD per year The portfolio scope is 2 core application platforms both Business Critical, with very high service levels. One system in scope for SOX IT controls Number of projects & amp amp releases for Supportability & amp amp Transition is expected to be around 1-2 projects in a year. Some are large, complex and critical to Shell. There is also a continued stream of business change and enhancement requests. Accountabilities Represent Global Functions Services & amp amp Operations Management (GF SOM) towards the Treasury Business and Business IT Interface for landscapes in scope sharing relevant information, and managing priorities/escalations. End-to-end accountable for IT operations and support delivery for the portfolio, including when part of the execution is in Common Services. Ensure that end to end performance is monitored and maintained to high level of quality, standards, supportability and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed SLAs Responsible to ensure the E-Banking application portfolio is compliant with the relevant IT controls and information security standards & amp amp baselines. Own the DRP (Develop & amp amp Implement as well as Execute Test) and provide assurance that technical and organization facilities for IT business continuity are implemented and guaranteed. Be the ultimate sign off point for Supportability & amp amp Transition for Operations (agreement to deploy, agreement to operate) Own and manage the budget for Operate landscape and Consumer IT, and as such for all the components in the landscape. Perform Service Reviews on the landscapes in scope (including Consumer IT) with the Business Interface Agree the Operating Plan with the Business Interface for both the landscapes and the Consumer IT, and manage any changes to the Operating Plan Translate the need for new application services into written Service Level Agreements and Service Catalogues in a consistent way Responsible for meeting the business driven KPIs for their landscapes, and proposes and implements necessary Return to Green plans and overall Service Improvements. Be accountable for the execution/deployment of releases and approval of changes for their landscapes. Develop and maintain resource plan for all support resources make and justify resource estimates in meeting of the demand requests. Align the resource plan with the IT Future Footprint and strategic sourcing goals. Perform HR management. Support Finance IT Operations Management to effectively represent the Operate organization to the wider IT community and other stakeholders. Communicate to the business on new Consumer IT services, ensuring buy in and actual usage. Dimensions and Special Challenges Managing the IT operations and security of an application portfolio with a in SOX scope, while at the same time meeting high service availability levels and business demands. The success of this role is highly dependent on the relationships built with the Business Stakeholders, IT Business Interface, Delivery Vertical, Component landscape Managers (CLMs), Infrastructure hosting suppliers, software vendors and Banks. The Lead Operations Landscape Manager must be able to interact with senior stakeholders in the Finance Business and Business Interface Organisation, being able to translate complex technical issues into simple business terminology on which basis the Business Interface organisation can make informed decisions.
