Job Description:1- Head the sales organization and provide dynamic and value based leadership that encourages secondary based selling . 2- Initiate and arrive at overall , product specific , month wise sales plan based on Management directives. 3- Be responsible for achieving top line sales that match the Annual Sales 4- 4- Plan consistent with Management specified goals on bottom line 5- Be fully responsible for initiating a wide range of sales promotions techniques as schemes and offers designed to obtain additional top line sales 6- Head a team of result oriented , hard working , productive field force that covers a wide area without multilevel structure of supervision and control 7- Develop and maintain harmonious working relationships with distributors , trade and other internal and external stakeholders. 8- Be responsible for recruiting field level sales personnel based on vacancies that arise 9- Be fully responsible for screening , selecting , appointing and maintaining distributors in non-operating states and areas. 10- Have very good contacts with the decision making units of modern trade formats operating . 11- Be fully responsible for the operations of company owned depots and CFA' s 12- Spend maximum time in the field to invigorate the field force , understand market issues and provide quick but lasting solutions , personally direct the team towards improving market reach and penetration.
