Job Description:Merger and Relocation: The relocation and merger for all the locations. Expansion:. Zeroing in on locations as per space requirements and set process. Preparation and renewal of all leased agreements. Involvement into the interiors and layout of all the divisions and execution of the projects under the given timelines. Project Management: Assisting all plants and divisions in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans. Housekeeping services: negotiation of all facility and upkeep contracts for all that they are in line with the budgets and the SLAs incorporated into each vendor contract and set up to be able to deliver world class hygiene and cleaning. Annual Maintenance contracts and Building maintenance: All locations activities like AMC charts, renewals, schedules, PPM and general maintenance to be taken care of and timely renewed and carried out to give seamless services across locations. Food Beverage: Responsible for all cafeterias and food. Ensure that hygienic and cost optimum food options are available as per the set standards. Transportation: provide for competitive and safe transport options to travelling executives and plant employees through empanelling competent vendors in the field. Tour Travel: Ensure services of lodging and boarding are provided to all travelling employees. Event Management: organizing and managing festivals, meetings, conferences, board meetings so that all events are conducted as per the event calendar for the year. Reports and Dashboards: Ensure the generation of monthly reports and dashboards for all locations and covering all key parameters of cost, highlighting areas which are getting overrun or underutilized. Health, Safety Environment: Review EHS of each location in coordination with the local team as per set monthly dates for adherence to complete guidelines. Budget Monitoring and Project management: Monitoring closely the budget for administration and capital purchases for all locations. Cost monitoring to be done through monthly dashboards. Document Storage: Negotiate and monitor overall contracts. Communication: Set up new and upgraded technologies to open lines of communication in the organization like chorus call and Video conferencing facilities across locations. Employee Satisfaction: Provide facilities to enhance employee satisfaction across locations.
