Job Description:Exhibitions are the most powerful face-to-face communication channel that enables business in todays world. We are looking for Head Exhibitions to drive the trade shows and exhibition brands owned by HITEX. Big shaking hands, smiling face and eye contact should be in the DNA of the candidate that we are looking for. If you' re comfortable in this space, there' s every chance that you' re the kind of person we want to join us. We' re looking for go-getting individuals who are able to fit into this data-driven direct sales environment, who not only has a great ability over the phone but also in person. The Head Exhibitions shall be responsible for the line management of Sales Manages and Sales Executives who are selling and managing our portfolio of shows as well as actively and assertively focusing on new business development. Role Accountability and Duties: Meet with customers regularly to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our relationship with them Identify and launch new trade shows that will result in revenue growth both domestically and internationally. Maintain established relationships with external stakeholders in the industry Extensive travel to competitive shows Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics Support the team by maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Sales team Lead the team of Sales Managers and Executives to identify cross/up sell opportunities to grow the size of accounts, and instil best practice sales techniques to effectively close deals Line management of the team through regular interactions and reviews, professional development, and Sales coaching Manage the teams budget and cost of sales, effectively targeting Sales activity in relation to customer value Lead development of sales and marketing campaigns, team account allocations and define individual team members sales targets Lead sales campaign execution, including targeting, pipeline management, deal closing and accurate reporting of performance to the management. Maintain an open two way dialogue with internal stakeholders to share customer feedback, insight, prospective leads and overall brand impact or market dynamic
