Prione is an Amazon affiliate company, which works with SMBs to enable their growth on digital economy. It provides multiple products and services to retailers to scale their business online. As a Team Lead with Prione, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for SMB business for Amazon in India. . You will work with a set of high potential SME sellers and a team of account management associates to enable sellers perform better in self-sustainable manner on the platform. This role will report into Category Manager and will manage a team of 5-8 associate' s to deliver organization goals. Since the organization is in its early stage, the role provides a unique opportunity to develop the foundational processes and workflow which will serve as the basis to grow the organization. To be successful in this role you will have superior customer interfacing skills and demonstrate ownership, analytical ability and an eye for detail. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate Role and Responsibilities: - Manage KAM buckets across cities with the help of the remotely placed KAM AMA' s across top cities in the category - Execute category level strategies for broad bucket level matrices. E.g., Instock Selection, Selection gaps - Ensure max coverage of additional amazon products to KAM sellers. E.g., Sponsored Ad' s, Amazon Lending - Partner with SellerSupport for analyzing max. AM seller pain-points and work to solve for them - Template seller communication strategy for account managed sellers. E.g. weekly email templates for selection gaps - Create effective entry and exit communication strategy for better seller engagement - Drive down unhealthy in-stock inventory - Co-own strategy for ART events for maximum inputs/impact from KAM sellers - Effective Periodic 1:1' s with the AMA' s across the cities - Training/Coaching the team members on the various SOP' s and Processes - Co-own talent management and attrition goals - Performance management of the team members and representing their work in the OLR' s Prior Experience and skills: - Min 5-7 years of experience in account management/sales desired - Min of two years of experience in handling a team of 6-9 members. - Bachelor' s degree a must, MBA preferred. - Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven. - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - Experience working with SME retailers would be an advantage - Experience with e-commerce & amp amp retail would be an advantage - Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Excel is required - Proficient in English and Hindi speaking - Personal attributes and competencies: - Demonstrated intense customer focus. - Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic. - Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful.
