Job Description:Job Profile:- Need a digital marketing strategist who can create and oversee the execution of a plan through specific initiatives to meet the objectives of the strategy. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also help cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to bring together brand goals and consumer needs. Accountable for all B2B content marketing initiatives to drive views, traffic, engagement and leads Deliver brand and product awareness, sales and customer retention Drive the creation of outstanding B2B content, that delivers inbound traffic and leads and that the industry looks up to. This engaging, industry-leading content will be in the form of case studies, white papers, blogs, ebooks, videos etc. Work independently or in collaboration with other writers and designers to create the above content. Own and run social media for Della E-Store - across YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Slideshare etc. Identify content creation and co-marketing opportunities with relevant publications and bloggers to expand Della E-Storess brand awareness and generate sales ready leads. Build on-going relationships with these channels to distribute your content Analyze the effectiveness of content campaigns through collecting data and producing reports. Ensure that insights are integrated into current and future strategies. Strategy, Execution, and Creation Offline & amp amp Online marketing campaigns, user experience, content and placement, product categorization, online store functionality, and web analytics. Revenue Manage E-Commerce activities to drive organic site traffic, Ensure increasing ROI on paid traffic, high conversion rates and incremental revenue and profit growth from e-CommerceKey Responsibilities Drive incremental e-Commerce revenue through a broad strategic approach including increasing paid and organic traffic, increasing in-cart value, increasing in-lines sold, and decreasing cart abandonment. Responsible for all elements of e-Commerce website structure, design, content, navigation, information architecture, branding, marketing, performance, and site functionality for a positive impact on e-Commerce efforts. Responsible for organic and paid search so as to increase organic traffic, time spent on site, ROI on paid traffic, and conversion rates. Develop a perpetual optimization strategy to drive higher engagement and conversions through the store. Be the primary point of contact for e-Commerce related activities with vendors, solution partners, cross-departmental partners Conceptual and technical understanding of internet architecture, content management, and infrastructure as they relate to e-Commerce operations A core responsibility for this role is the development and ongoing management of Branding strategies as well as content writing and its managements, and the development & amp amp prioritization of statement of direction for new offerings given changing market requirements.
