Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions. EMEA FI Regulatory Reporting Team is responsible for the full end to end implementation of the Regulatory Trade & amp amp Liquidity Reporting in Global Fixed Income Cash middle office. The candidate would be responsible for Understand the regulatory requirements working with Legal / Compliance / Industry (ISDA/ FI industry groups/ MIFID/ RegW etc) & amp amp internal stakeholders Establish the end to end control processes. Review & amp amp improve the end to end control process around the Regulatory Reporting agenda in FI MO Establish a strategic attestation process on Regulatory reporting for the jurisdictions already implemented to the business Come up with process and system enhancement recommendations Work with business and Technology group to prioritise the requirements by presenting the business case Perform cost benefit analysis to propose optimum future process to the business Ultimately, successfully deliver controlled environment of Regulatory Reporting BAU Responsibilities Investigate and resolve daily FCA transaction reporting real time exceptions. Perform 3 way daily reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy of the trades reported to FCA Monthly transaction reporting and position reporting to various DMO and Local Market Regulators Perform FCA transaction reporting attestation. Back reporting of trades in case if any misreporting has occurred. Run REGW Controls for Global Securities business Liaise with FO, Compliance, Business Controllers and Technology team at Global lever to sort out the issues, control gaps and reporting breaches identified on day to day basis. Single point of contact for all the transaction reporting change management and day to day BAU issues. Perform root cause analysis of all the existing issues and apply permanent fixes to the reporting flow and reconciliation. We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics: Previous experience in the Financial Services industry with strong understanding of FI bonds market Strong understanding of REGW, Liquidity and Mifid reporting. Excellent Business Analysis skills to drill down the complex Regulatory Reporting requirements for multiple jurisdictions Excellent problem solving skills in order to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including Senior Business executives A self motivated individual who is able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst also working effectively as part of a team
