Job Description:Designation: Territory Sales Manager Function: Sales No. of Position: 01 Reporting To: Branch Manager/ Branch Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager Location: Mumbai or Pune Area Covered: Maharashtra & amp amp Goa Mumbai / Pune / Nagpur / Nashik / New Mumbai / Ambernath / Thane Desired Qualifications: Diploma / B. E. / B. Tech Experience: 4 to 10 years Job Role: KPI/KRA/Goal Setting To drive the Sales of printers for Control Point in a particular assigned territory. To operate out of the Branch Office or work as Resident Sales Engineer. Drive Sales for Area assigned and to focus on the IB business for respective sale. Ensure Training /Seminars for Customers on the existing as well as new products and any new features. Ensure regular visits to the top clients Working on competitors information and converting then to CPL account. Ensure repeat orders. Sales: Send Daily, weekly and monthly report to Branch Manager/Branch Sales Manager/Business Development Manager To operate out of a resident location, if required and take ownership of the resident location in terms of all sales activities. Payment Collection as per agreed PO Terms Timely Collection of C forms Ensure territory coverage/scanning/visits Ensure optimal utilization of existing resources and proper tour planning. Fulfil the assigned sales target in terms of the nos. of printers booked/the sectors covered /the target industries reached/the territory coverage done/Price realisation achieved / customer satisfaction level achieved/ timely collections of printer over dues/ C form collection etc. Ensure after sales support and help in installation process Regulatory and Statutory Compliance updation to be done on regular basis Update Product, Market and competitor knowledge from time to time. Behavioural Skills: Good Communications Skills Excellent Selling Skills Good in Customer Management Professional Skills: Should have done Technical Sales Should have worked in direct Sales Should have done sales of Capital Goods Have good knowledge of the territory he will work in
