As a Technical Trainer you will work closely with the Technical Training Manager and will be charged with developing technology training programs for GlobalAdvantage and its suite of applications, leveraging multiple delivery options to reach a large, global internal and external audiences with differing levels of initial understanding. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Assessing technology training needs Contributing towards definition of training approach, strategy and plan Defining training requirements per module, translating requirements into detail design and storyboards for each module, working alongside content SMEs each step of the way ensure training meets objectives Leading USI L& D teams (as needed) to build eLearning modules Creating learning materials, participant guides, trainer guides and job aids based on needs Coordinating training logistics and training courses within LMS Conducting training pilot and train-the-trainer sessions (as applicable) Developing application training using a variety of instructional techniques and formats including eLearninng, virtual-instructor led, as well as live-instructor led Evaluating training effectiveness and maintaining records of the same and of training activities Deploying post-training support materials and refresh training Building a reference knowledge base for the GlobalAdvantage suite of expatriate technology applications Supporting ongoing GES Technology team operations Mentoring other trainers in the subject matter, content, and course development techniques for assigned technical programs The Team At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services tax consultants help multinational clients develop tax-aligned compensation and benefits programs that address their international and domestic needs.
